AI: The Accessible Assistant

If you ask any high schooler, we all use AI. It's so accessible. I use it for everything from generating cooking recipes to simulating Japanese conversations for language practice. Academically, I used AI to help sort and clean data for a massive research project on music and personality. I couldn't have done it alone.

Why You Should Learn Philosophy

Learn philosophy. It's about making sense of your life and finding happiness. In an age where AI might help us live much longer, we need to know *why* it matters. Don't just focus on utility and accomplishment. Philosophy gives you the tools to enjoy the exploration of life. Avoid the tragedy of accomplishing everything but caring about nothing.

Emotional Management is Key

The most important skill is emotional management. High schoolers face so much stress and anxiety, leading to procrastination or bad choices. We need to learn to handle negative emotions. Even with counselors available, we must learn to manage our own feelings to thrive.

Integrated Learning: Bridging Gaps

We need integrated learning. There is a gap between scientists and software engineers. Software engineers might not distinguish "good" vs "bad" scientific data, and scientists might not know how to build efficient models. The next generation needs to be both—to develop AI systems that cover multidisciplinary knowledge effectively.
